Cancellation Policy

-Existing client appointments will be given a 5 minute grace period. Arriving 6 minutes past the scheduled time will result in a full remaining balance fee and automatically cancelled. If my schedule permits, I will do my best to accept you same day as a walk in with only a $10 fee, however wait time may vary. - New client appointments will be given a 10 minute grace period. Arriving 11 minutes past the scheduled time will result in a full remaining balance fee and automatically cancelled. If my schedule permits, I will do my best to accept you same day as a walk in with only a $15 additional fee, however wait time may vary. - $25 NON-Refundable deposits are due at the time of booking and will go towards the remaining balance of your service. - I charge 100% for any cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment. - Clients are responsible for rescheduling any necessary appointments through the link sent via text message - I charge a 100% no-show fee for any scheduled appointments.
